Foot World actually has another alias that is much more my kind of play-on-title site name, In The Feet Of The Night, although both URLs take you to the same place. I suppose maybe people were confused and expected interracial foot tension deep in the heart of the South or maybe shots of Sidney Poitier or Carroll O'Connor's wrinkled toes, so they changed to the simpler version as it seems apropos in describing this rather extensive collection of female feet.
