Friends Buddies Review

I have loved soap operas since I was in high school rebelling against a mother who called them pure garbage and left me to watch "my stories" over at my neighbors' house. However, they required that I create gay plotlines because most of the characters at the time were straight. Even when they've been gay, they never went as hardcore gay as the cast on Friends Buddies - a gay sitcom/soap opera.

Interestingly enough when the tension between two characters was high I've often thought, "Damn, those two should fuck!" So the abundance of blowjobs and anal sex woven into the drama on FriendsBuddies seems more than apropos. Of course, you have your scenes where dudes are shown alone and I like that they masturbate instead of merely plotting how to get the boy.

To give you more of an idea of what to expect, the plot involves a twink named Rick coming to terms with his sexuality. He's in love with a straight boy, Matthew. Matthew's older brother, Zack, is also hairless, but has a more muscular build and has returned to the family home after going through a bad breakup with his boyfriend. The two bros live with their mom and worry about who she's dating.

I like that besides masturbation and lots of one-on-one encounters, you can enjoy some hot gay group sex . Mainstream sitcoms and dramas are famous for their love triangles, but I much prefer the threesomes here. You'll even see some foursomes. After all, the show is set in South Florida and cast with young studs, so how it could not lead to scenes of sweat-soaked swingers?

You're only allowed to download one episode a week, but when you first join you get the first three episodes right away. Moreover, they add new footage on a weekly basis, so with 18 videos already, you'll need to be a member for several months just to catch up. The vids come in HD and last around 22 minutes, so your enjoyment of the high-quality content is rationed out slowly.

There is one photo set with 549 high-res pics. There isn't an option to download them in a Zip file and there's isn't a slideshow either. You simply click a thumbnail and it opens in a new window on its own where you can right-click to save it.

I love the original concept here and the mix of newcomers with pornstars, like Orlando Dawson, Isaac Conn, Cameron Kincade and Elijah White. So I most certainly think that Friends Buddies will become more appealing as it continues to grow. For now, the weekly download limit makes the otherwise competitive price seem less reasonable for what you're getting.
