Visit Local Boi

You know how some sites have really impressive promo tours and then when you sign up the inside of their members' areas is a huge disappointment? Well, let me just say this one positive thing about Local Boi: The outside is just as outdated looking as what you find when you've signed in, so they're certainly not trying to pull much of a fast one on you. Even the sample pics they offer on the tour are the actual size and quality of what you get if you buy a membership.

I actually think that with a bit of a promotional makeover this site could be far more appealing and seem very much on trend with some of the competition out there. I'm seeing more and more sites that claim to offer user-submitted porn with content that often appears shot with a camera phone or webcam to make its amateurs seem more authentic. LocalBoi has amateur gay porn that fits well with this genre.

However, there are a couple of issues that might hold it back from being rebranded to fit with more current offerings on the market. The biggest problem that I can see right away is that there are no videos, only links to preview clips from third-party feeds and to content on one of the bonus sites. The site seems to date from at least as early as 2005, but even way back then websites could muster at least some kind of footage, so being an older site is no excuse.

Okay, so now we know that we're dealing with a photo-only site and that's not always a bad thing. However, generally you would expect that at least some of the 214 photo galleries would have some large, crisp pics and that's not the case. You end up with low-res images and they come in an embedded display that requires some scrolling just to see the bottom part of each photo.

Although the content is advertised as exclusive, it appears to come from many different sources and so I believe that it's actually nonexclusive. They also claim that they bring you boys from the American South and whether all of these lads actually hail from below the Mason-Dixon Line or not, they do look like they could play the part. Lots of twinks with country boy haircuts, tattoos and piercings are found here. Some border on looking like rednecks or thugs, but others look prettier rather than butch.

You have a choice of several categories, including 193 solo models split into three sections: twinks, ebony and studs (these are jocks and/or dudes with body and/or facial hair). You will also find two hardcore sections with 17 couples and four group sex scenes. Navigation is a bit messy as it involves clicking a thumbnail on a sidebar menu and then using a series of arrows to go through the pics in their embedded display that smaller than the actual individual images.

I have a feeling that this collection is no longer being updated. The real selling point for some will be the fact that you get access to Bad Puppy, because it brings you tons of exclusive and nonexclusive porn, including both pics and flicks. You also get some other network sites, but they're often just as disappointing as what you find here. In the end, I can't really recommend Local Boi, because it's just too outdated and has only lackluster photos.
