The Bad Apple update is one that I have put off doing, as I was dreading trying to explain its mishmash of content. Especially, since our initial review was admittedly vague as far as giving any specific details. Nevertheless, enough whining, it's time for me to earn my keep, so to speak, by summarizing what's available as accurately as I can. Since no dates are provided on the content, when the content was last updated I can't be sure, but a comparison of numbers from now to our last visit makes it seem as if there might be one new update every two months or so.
BadApple is completely redesigned and in fact, it is currently rebranded under the banner of Big Gay Apple, even if the same content has been retained. It continues to provide a number of quirky, horny and somewhat humorous interviews with various pornstars. Most of these dudes, fortunately for us, do strip down and show us their moneymakers, as well as giving occasionally a bit of hardcore sampling of their skills. There are no pics, only a few screenshots, or vid caps from time to time throughout.
Although Bad Apple looks better than it did before, they certainly haven't improved quality at all. There are 43 exclusive vids in low-quality Flash format for which it's impossible to determine any stats, but you can trust me on how bad they look. Beyond those clips, there are 21 nonexclusive sets of various sample clips from several other websites or hardcore DVDs. There are an extra 145 MPEGs to download too that again are free samples from hardcore gay flicks under a dozen different categories.
The main, if not only, draw I suppose to joining BadApple is the full-access to mega-gay Bad Puppy, which is a huge collection of exclusive and nonexclusive content covering every angle of gay, including turning straights around that can imagine. Although I'm not convinced the main content is updated very regularly, a couple of bitchy blogs that link up to it that are maintained regularly. They are worth the trouble of reading at least for a chuckle, since these fellows know how to rant and rave about gays and sex almost everyday.
