Little has changed since we first reviewed this site back in August 2005. However, although inside the site, it still advertises various update schedules, before you sign up, it is clearly stated that Hot Guys Club is no longer updating. It still of course suggests that you can join to enjoy the existing comment, but I beg to differ a bit on that point. There was never much to see in the first place. With nothing added to the original amount, the site is rather pathetic without its attached access to another gay mega-site that does continue to update.
One correction is that as far as I can tell, nothing is exclusive. The 20 galleries of still pics that are slightly smaller than regular-res are mishmash of sexy men. There is no overall theme, since some seem older, some not very old at all. They all do at least qualify as worth of members of a collection called HotGuysClub. The photos are mostly solo with some sucking and fucking, some seem more vintage in nature than merely being current at the time of our original visit would entail.
There are seven videos to download. They are quite short, some under four minutes, some just over five in length. The Windows Media format in which they're presented is not consistent. A couple of vids are definitely mediocre, bordering on abysmal as far as the bit rate goes. Meanwhile, the rest actually offer some great-looking playback. It's too bad that they're so short. Most feature softcore posing and stroking followed by a solo money shot. At least two, are hardcore gay sex though.
There are 15 adult games and a single streaming feed included as extras. Before you give up the ghost, don't despair because the real treasure here lies in your access to the complete Badpuppy network of gay sites. It's definitely worth following the link and reading the full-review on it, as it is the real raison d'etre of this tiny site suffering from complete mediocrity. Hot Guys Club, without the bonus mega-site access, would not be hot. With it, it serves as a portal to something better for no extra cost.
