No you aren't going crazy, we have already reviewed Pain Files once before. However, the site we are reviewing today is The Pain Files and yes, there is more to this change then the addition of the article "the" before the name. Whereas before Pain Files was trying to please all BDSM fans, now with ThePainFiles they have decided to focus on the true lovers of extreme BDSM.

A lot of sites out there claim they'll bring you the real rough stuff but in the end it just doesn't deliver the ultimate painful experience for which you're searching. This site is different in that it truly is hardcore BDSM that doesn't pull any punches. Here you find things like a bitch getting her pussy sewn shut. They aren't just goofing around here. In fact, if you're only just a bit curious about the BDSM lifestyle then The Pain Files might be a bit much for you as a beginner. If that is the case you might be better advised to check out SM Files which is where they have taken the "lighter" stuff that previously made up the other part of Pain files.

With the new site has come a new design that, while it isn't anything great, is functional. Members can search through the pics and videos by category or slave, but the movies are all split up into short clips with only a couple thumbnail previews for the entire scene. As such when you decide to download clip 6 for example, you don't really know what exactly is going on at that point in the scene. The good news is that the clips download really fast so you will most likely be checking out all the clips from scenes you enjoy anyways.

All the photos are high resolution and great quality besides being full of extreme BDSM action in categories such as: pain, tit hang, sex and pain, needle, bondage and fetish to name but a few. Because of the way the site is designed getting exact numbers isn't easy. However, with each category having anywhere from 1-10 photo sets each, a safe estimate would put the total over 150.

The video section isn't as extensive with approximately 30 sets of clips. While the older clips used to vary in type and quality, for the newer onces they seem to have gone to a standard average quality Windows Media format (320x240, 412kbps). While I did come across some longer clips, most were about 1-3 minutes long. A full-length movie option is said to be coming soon, however that has been there for a while.

ThePainFiles does also offer a few other little features, such as they are now taking requests for BDSM scenarios you would like to see in picture and/or video form. Also, if you are involved in the lifestyle you can also send in your own pictures or be features on the site.

All this BDSM action is yours for $29.95 US a month. For the casual BDSM fan, that might seem a bit expensive considering there isn't any bonus content available. However, true fans of pain and hardcore BDSM might find it worth it for The Pain Files no holds barred attitude.
