Area Caliente Review

Everything about the site is amateur starting with the design. However, I don't mean that in a bad way. Sure, it isn't anything fancy, but it looks good and navigation is simple. All the content is presented as thumbnails in both the movie and photo sections. Also, just a helpful hint, the sections are represented by icons (a video camera and a digital camera, respectively) and not actual words.

Where the "amateur" really comes through is with the content itself and especially with the exclusive material. Whereas the nonexclusive videos seems to be better produced and filmed, the exclusive vids I watched had bad sound, terrible acting and they could have done better with the camerawork and angles.

Whereas the nonexclusive scenes look to star Latin-American chicks, the exclusive action features native Latinas and could have actually been filmed in whatever country they were from (Mexico, Bolivia, etc.). The scenes are all hardcore and most are one-on-one standard sucking and fucking.

There are 18 videos that can be streamed in an embedded Flash player or downloaded in Windows Media files and most are split up into parts. The Flash streams look average and the WMV movies , although they are marked as HD, are great in quality. Unfortunately, it has been over a year since the last update.

There are also nine photo sets. Although some of them could almost be mistaken for vid caps, they are definitely photos and in some cases they have high-res stats. That said, they can be a bit grainy.

Even with the reasonable price tag, Area Caliente is too small to be worth it. There is a bonus section that makes it seem like you get five bonus sites, but if you click on one you just get taken to some additional content without going to a different site. At any rate, you'll some more Latin hotties as well as naughty Europeans .
