Visit Area Caliente

At first I thought that maybe Area Caliente was the secret government location where a space craft had landed 50 years ago and scientists had been doing studies on the sexy Latin aliens they found inside. But, alas, that wasn't the case. The site isn't an ode to a Spanish Area 51. Instead it is a very amateur Latin porn site.

Everything about the site is amateur starting with the design. However, I don’t mean that in a bad way. Sure, it isn't anything fancy, but it looks good and navigation is simple. All the content is presented in thumbnail images in both the movie and photo sections. Also, just a helpful hint, the movie and photo sections are represented by icons (a videocamera and a digital camera respectively) and not actual words.

Where the "amateur" really comes through is with the content itself and especially with the exclusive material. Whereas the nonexclusive cideos seems to be a little better produced and filmed, the exclusive vids I watched had bad sound, terrible acting and they could have done better on the camerawork and angles as well.

Whereas the nonexclusive scenes looked to star Latin-American chicks, the exclusive action featured native Latinas and could have actually been filmed in whatever country they were from (Mexico, Bolivia, etc.). The scenes are all hardcore and most are one-on-one standard sucking and fucking.

At this point there are 18 videos and while they do have a photo section, the pics within it all appear to be vid caps. The movies can be streamed on an embedded Flash player or downloaded in Windows Media files and most are split up into parts. The Flash vids look average and the WMV movies, although they are marked as HD, are good in quality.

Nothing is dated and although there is a "next release" area on the homepage, I have no idea when that next release is coming or when the previous release arrived before it. But at least it looks like they are updating.

Even with the below-average price tag, Area Caliente is too small to yet be worth it. Now, you do get access to two bonus sites, one with Euro girls and the other also focused on Latin chicks. However, both of these sites are also quite tiny, so their value is limited.
