Tale of Tail Deifies Indian Dude

Just as some men walk with arms slightly bent at the elbow to show that their biceps are so huge that their arms can't hang down straight, others purposely strut with legs slightly bowed as a signal that they carry their biggest guns not on the side of their belts but right in the middle. Subtlety or so they think, hinting at a mega-caliber concealed weapon. Normally, it's a lot of malarkey and they resemble apes walking around with knees and arms half-bent.

However, one Indian man actually has 13 inches that does impede his ability to sit at least, if not to stand or walk. However, according to Ananova these extra inches don't come where most would boast, instead Chandre Oram has a 13-inch tail. The story also mentions that the Press Trust of India has reported that Mr. Oram loves climbing trees and eating bananas.

It seems mean but it's meant to imply that the native of Alipurduar in West Bengal is the human incarnation of the Hindu monkey god Hanuman. Oram who has a rare congenital defect explains, "People have a lot of faith in me. They are cured of severe ailments when they touch my tail. I believe I can do a lot of good to those who come to me with devotion."

The male with a tale has devoted followers who worship him but not much luck with the ladies it seems, he stoically states, "Almost 20 women have turned down marriage proposals. They see me and agree, but as soon as I turn around, they see my tail and leave."

I guess they high tail it out of there or turn tail and run.

Oram has refused offers from doctors to have the extra vestige removed. He remains resolute, "I have decided to marry the woman who accepts me and my tail. Or else, I'll remain a bachelor like Hanuman."

If it was 13 inches in the front instead of the back, I can understand that being a somewhat flexible bachelor wouldn't be so bad... Personally, I might buckle and lose the tail to get me some tail but it seems that Oram doesn't have that same monkey on his back when it comes to mating as some of us do.
