Brit on Harper's Bazaar in Japan

Poor once "supposedly" virginal Britney Spears, she used to cause as much controversy as that other "like a virgin" singer with whom she once shared a lesbian kiss. Now, on tabloid covers, she only seems to be seen sharing cheese fries with her wannabe rapper hubby. Actually, it might be better if junk food and bad taste were the only joint undertaking for this pathetic duo.

Nevertheless, despite at one time having pop stardom and raking in millions, supposedly cleverly manipulating the media and fans with cunning dumb innocent blonde act, the Brit babe after years of claiming to be a "virgin" seems not to understand from where babies come and oops, they've done it again!

Ever starving now for attention since someone has keep the gravy train flowing and the rap-daddy K-Fed fed, the pregnant again Britney has once again gone Demi Moore circa 1991 over the cover of Harper's Bazaar. If you can't be famous anymore, it's always worth a try at being infamous instead and briefly, the former pop princess did stoke some hope in creating controversy.

According to the AP (08/24/06), the Tokyo subway authority had originally demanded that an advert poster for the magazine be censored, as too explicit for public consumption in subways. The suggestion had been made to black out Britney from the waist down. Harper's Bazaar had planned to print in the empty space the words, "in this place we are not allowed to exercise the same level of freedom of expression as the original Harper's Bazaar."

Tokyo Metro Co.'s obscenity screening team had a change of heart last Thursday and decided to forego its unusual rules regarding nudity, stating that it recognized that the point of the pic was not titillation but to show the glow and elation of motherhood. Before delivery of the reversed decision, Harper's deputy chief editor, Kayoko Higashino remarked that such restriction was "ridiculous" as Spears would appear "like a chubby woman" instead of pregnant.

Officially even overseas, she naked but not sexy and not just another chubby chick but one knocked up with some unemployed prick's baby. If you can't take a joke, don't marry one.
