iVegg

It's only been a few years since I expanded my sexual horizons to include the use of electrical sex toys, most specifically the vibrator. It's modern technology's rare contribution to women's sexuality. I must say that I was pleasantly surprised in its capabilities, having previously been reluctant to use one. Granted, I've already gotten through a lifetime of batteries (been meaning to buy rechargeable), but each and every orgasm was worth it! So you could imagine how excited I was to be asked to masturbate for work purposes by reviewing the iVegg.

The iVegg is a new music-activated vibrator that combines two of my favorite hobbies. Simply connect it to any music player, like an iPod or MP3 device (I don't advise using it in the car, though), and it'll move to the rhythm of whatever you're listening to. For those who like to listen to music while being amorous, now you can recreate that feeling all on your own.

It's shaped like most standard vibrators, with the control buttons on the bottom for easy reach. Learning them upside down is another story, but that's pretty standard too. There's a clit stimulator attachment that vibrates. I highly recommend using it as it really adds to the intensity. Many vibrators now have this extra appendage. It's white and - this I really like - it's super soft! It comes with a red satin pouch for discretion and storage. Check it out for yourself here.

You can use it as just a vibrator and it has five different rotation speeds and five vibration patterns, so that's a lot of options for pussy stimulation. Using it to music had a different effect, though. It took awhile to find a song that was heavy on beat enough to make it work at its highest manual settings. Then I decided to up the volume a bit on my iPod when, voila! I discovered that the volume being increased is what makes the iVegg start to dance like a raver on Ecstasy. Suddenly, Fleetwood Mac just got a whole lot sexier. Even scrolling through the songs makes this toy move.

To make your masturbation session even more personal, you can "create your tune" by installing software from the included CD. Basically, you're making a playlist that's saved on your computer and then transferred to the vibrator. Unfortunately, after a couple of installation attempts, it just wasn't happening for me. I went to their website to download the program from there, but that didn't work either. Maybe you can figure it out on the iVegg website.

iVegg is a fun concept and they do a good job of making music way more tolerable for those occasions when you're watching porn and there's a soundtrack that's either elevator tunes or cheesy 70s rock. Plus, it's reasonably priced and competitive with others on the market. However, a vibrator's ability to get a gal off really depends on her sensitivity level. In this case, you might be busting your eardrums trying to cum to hip-hop or floating on wave after wave of orgasmic pleasure listening to Sade. Maybe that's the sort of mind-blowing trip you seek. If so, buy the iVegg now.
