Created by the legendary Ron Harris, Aerobicise was the name of a series of aerobics-based videos that were wildly successful in the early 1980s. If you missed out on them because you were too busy trying on legwarmers and watching The Empire Strikes Back, then Aerobicise.com will allow you to get caught up. There are 10 videos on the site and each one can be streamed or downloaded. They're offered in multiple formats and the best of these have spectacular bitrates. There aren't any photos or extras on the website, but those of you with a taste for nostalgia might still want to take a peek.
